The meeting was led by Dick Stein and Bill Lund.

A proposed mission statement for the group was read and unanimously accepted by those in attendance. The draft brochure containing the mission statement and other information was presented by Deanna and Bill Lund. Matt Kluding, Ric Hills, Dave Hester, and Paulette Michener Bockert will meet to proof and make changes for a final copy so that the brochures will be available for distribution at the Huron County Fair booth, along with other materials.
